As Head of Project Management, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the organization’s project management strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, business-critical projects across a global environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic leadership with extensive project management expertise and the ability to inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
define and drive the strategic direction of the global project management organization;
ensure successful delivery across the project portfolio, with a strong focus on performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction;
partner with executive leadership to align project priorities with business objectives and strategic initiatives;
establish and continuously improve project management standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices;
lead and develop a high-performing global project management organization focused on operational excellence and scalability;
optimize project planning, resource allocation, and portfolio execution to maximize efficiency and delivery performance;
lead, coach, and develop project managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
implement effective reporting, governance, and decision-making processes for complex strategic projects;
ensure the successful delivery of business-critical customer projects and strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
several years of leadership experience in project management within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or related sectors;
proven experience managing complex project portfolios in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments;
experience leading, developing, and motivating international project management teams;
strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and supply chain processes;
demonstrated ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and drive execution in complex business environments;
strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and a structured approach to problem-solving;
experience establishing and improving project management methodologies, governance, and performance frameworks;
excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels;
