We are looking for a Project Manager to lead industrial projects, ensuring on-time delivery, project profitability, and high customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
lead and coordinate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved;
monitor project performance in terms of delivery reliability, profitability, and customer satisfaction;
act as the main interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams;
participate in engineering meetings with customers to validate planning, development costs, and project priorities;
organize and lead regular project review meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues;
ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed milestones and timelines;
analyze technical challenges and identify feasible solutions independently or together with suppliers and internal teams;
coordinate the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production requirements;
manage the product validation and testing plan throughout the project lifecycle;
drive change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of project changes;
assign tasks, coordinate team members, and monitor execution of project activities;
coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and facilitate collaboration across all project stakeholders;
apply project management methodologies to improve project flow, execution, and overall performance.
Candidate Profile:
bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering industries;
proven experience managing multiple projects in demanding, deadline-driven environments;
strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production capacities, and supply chain dynamics;
experience with flow-based project management methodologies;
solid project management and cross-functional team coordination skills;
demonstrated ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and drive execution in complex business environments;
strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and a structured approach to problem-solving;
excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
proactive attitude, leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach;
